About Jill Pawlik

I'm a wellness consultant and advisor with 25 years of experience spanning clinical practice as a Registered Massage Therapist, massage therapy education and curriculum development, spa and clinic direction, and national accreditation surveying.

I founded Jill Pawlik Consulting to work with independent boutique luxury spas, resort wellness programs, and hospitality properties on one specific problem: the gap between what a property promises and what a guest actually experiences. I call the work that happens in that space Implementation Architecture — and it is where brand equity is either protected or quietly eroded.

I also serve as a contributing writer and Canadian partnerships lead with Spas of America and Healthy Living + Travel, which means I'm inside the industry conversations that shape what leaders are thinking about next.

My anchor belief is simple: a spa is never just a spa. It is a system of human moments — and those moments can be designed, audited, and elevated with the right lens.
